H&T Tool Design manufacture a range of tools for key sectors such as the pharmaceutical, battery and tableting industry in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Marsberg, Germany.

The tool shop has a range of high precision machines for all applications including grinding, milling, hard turning and eroding. The ability to offer precision grinding up to +/- 3 microns in H&T Tool Designs climate controlled grinding area ensures the highest level of quality and precision time after time.

To help ensure quality and precision, the grinding machines are connected to CAQ software to record the measuring data during production.

All of H&T Tool Designs machines are operated by highly skilled and trained technical specialists who have a high degree of practice-based knowledge in the areas of tool making for the deep drawing and tableting industry, with many of H&T Tool Designs technical specialists having started with the company as apprentices. With the ability to offer a flexible production capacity due to our 3-shift operation, H&T Tool Design can ensure that the needs of the customer are always meet.
